Amy Herzlich is the founder, mentor & animal spirit believer of the IPTouch ANIMAL Massage & Care approaches. She is an NCBTMB massage therapist member & Nevada state licensed PTA for over 25 years. She is now retired from her human practice with the Las Vegas Cirque Du Soleil shows in Physio after 12 years; As well as caring for Adam & Eve (Burmese Pythons) of Zumanity, & supervising the IPT Equine team for Cheval. Amy is now ready to spend all of her time educating pet owners, caretakers & sanctuaries the world of IPTouch Animal Massage & Care handling, bodywork & training communication.
She has spent over 30 years rescuing and handling displaced dogs, feral cats, cows & goats, racing horses; As well as wildlife from Macaw parrots, Burmese pythons, monkeys, dolphins & more. As she became more in tune with these creatures she became aware of very specific 'TOUCH' approaches that created animal permission, tension releasing wellbeing, communication & bonded mutual respect. IPTouch Animal Massage was born.
Her advanced animal massage & care explorations include Animal Science ( Pennsylvania), Canine & Equine Anatomy & Biomechanics, Ingram Myofascial VOM, Mirage Hands-on Dolphin Training, John Barnes Equine Myofascial Release, Small Animal Tellington Touch, Cheval's Equine IPTouch Team Leader, Zumanity's Snake Caretaker, Pet Tech First Aid Instructor, Dog Groomer, Small Animal Acupressure. However these programs still felt as if they were from a human perspective.
IPTouch was developed BY ANIMALS, FOR ANIMALS. Amy listened to what the ANIMALS guided her hands and heart to do. She then translated this information for the goal of "Spreading the IPTouch Word!"
